Gail Porter has famously flaunted her bald head since she was struck with alopecia five years ago – but now it seems her hair may be growing back.
The model-turned-TV presenter was snapped at a film premiere in London yesterday showing off a healthy-looking growth of fuzz.
The 38-year-old mother of one showed off her new look as she attended the screening of Disney’s The Princess and the Frog at The May Fair hotel in London – and the difference can clearly be seen when compared to this photo from last October.
She admitted she had previously been shaving off the bits that came back, explaining: “I really like not having hair, so I’m kind of indifferent at the moment because I quite like being bald.
“I’ve been bald for so long now – it’s been five years – and I suddenly think, what am I going to do if it came back? The majority of it, 75 per cent, has come back but then I have patches round the front so it looks ridiculous.
“It looks like a map of Europe or something. And it’s black! It’s come back black, which is strange because it was blonde before.”
She didn’t explain why she’d changed her mind, but perhaps it’s got something to do with the recent cold snap. Anyway, we think it looks fine Gail!
