Pityriasis simplex (dandruff)

Pityriasis simplex is known more commonly as dandruff. It is characterised by the excessive shedding of the scalp's epidermal cells, which leads to visible flaking or scaling. These scales can accumulate on the surface of the scalp in localized patches or more diffusely. The exact cause is uncertain, although the bacteria pityrosporum ovale and increased sebaceous activity have been suggested as factors.

Directions - Directions for Use: To be applied every other day. Leave on for approximately 20 minutes, rinse off well and shampoo thoroughly.

No.15 - Shampoo with Orange Oil for Flaky Scalps
Directions - Wet hair thoroughly and apply shampoo, gently massage into the scalp and leave on for a few minutes before rinsing.
Ingredients - Ingredients: Aqua, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Cocoamide Mea, Aloe Vera, Amino Acid, Wheat Amino Acid, Menthol. Citric Acid, Preservative.

No.8 - Lotion with Glycerine for Itchy Scalps
Directions - Directions for Use: After washing the hair, towel dry and apply the lotion, either straight from the bottle, or by wetting cotton wool and then applying to the scalp. The lotion is then left on the scalp to allow it to have an ongoing effect until the hair is next washed.
Ingredients - Aqua, Glycerine, Cetramide, Aloe Vera, Piroctone, Olamine, Panthenol, Wheat, Amino Acid.
